Your Future Challenge

If you want to work in a world-leading international high-tech company, we can offer an interesting assignment as a Technical Trainer.

Training is one of the last steps in handing over a system to a customer. Therefore, you will have a significant role in achieving a successful outcome of our delivery to the customer. Training is also part of Hägglunds' support services after delivery during the support phase.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing training needs.
• Planning internal and external training assignments.
• Developing educational training materials.
• Conducting training sessions.
• Evaluating training results and suggesting further development training.
• Supporting other departments internally during product development.

About the Department

You will belong to the Training & eLearning unit and work in the Training group, which currently consists of one Specialist, two Team Leaders, and nine technical trainers. You will be part of the training department's resource within project groups.

The Training department within ILS analyzes, plans, and implements the need for training and training opportunities within each project. The core business is to educate on the company's products and services. The recipients of training are primarily BAE Systems Hägglunds customers, and the target groups mainly consist of:

• Users, i.e., vehicle crews
• Vehicle instructors
• Vehicle technicians
• Maintenance personnel

Our training assignments take place both within and outside Sweden's borders. Travel is a part of our everyday life.

Who You Are

As a person, you are driven and have an interest in solving technical problems. You have a positive attitude, initiative, and are curious and want to perform. You are not afraid to speak in front of a group and want to create good conditions for learning with the customer.

Since many of our assignments are outside Sweden's borders, good communication skills in both spoken and written English are a requirement. We also prefer that you have experience working with technical products.

Experience working with military vehicles, preferably in a technical service role, is also an advantage.
